Drew Coverdale MSc BSc MCSP MMACP, Chartered Physiotherapist, decades of experience in the NHS and private practice, Author of The Pain Habit
“OldPain2Go® is one of the most remarkable treatments I have ever come across in 20 plus years of clinical practice. It is definitely the most effective thing I have seen that can be used for patients with chronic pain”
Despite years of experience in both NHS and private practice, Drew knew the limitations of traditional chronic pain management. His curiosity led him, somewhat sceptically, to an OldPain2Go® training event. He watched others experience rapid relief, yet remained unconvinced, until his own daughter, suffering seven years of neck pain, found immediate relief. That single moment transformed his perspective.
Since then, Drew has deepened his understanding through clinical experience and peer conversations. Today, he is a passionate advocate for OldPain2Go®, author of The Pain Habit, and a voice for rethinking chronic pain.
Many begin with scepticism and questions, like Drew, and leave with conviction. That’s why understanding pain, seeing how our approach works, and experiencing results first hand is so valuable.
Our training has supported practitioners around the world, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, neurologists, pain researchers, hypnotherapists, NLP practitioners, and a broad range of wellbeing professionals.
It's rewarding to follow their journey as they seamlessly integrate these skills into their own practice, enhancing the care they provide, making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals affected by long-term pain, and expanding the impact and value of their profession.

The professionals we train may come from diverse backgrounds, yet they consistently report facing the same challenges.
Seeing an increasing number of individuals experiencing pain that persists, fluctuates, or recurs beyond the usual healing period.
Struggling to identify a clear cause, and suspecting that the pain is being amplified or sustained by more than physical damage.
Feeling confused or frustrated when pain continues despite investing significant time, skill, and professional expertise in approaches such as manual therapy, exercise programmes, education, graded movement, and lifestyle interventions
Being overwhelmed by the current shift from a purely biomedical perspective to the now widely recognised biopsychosocial understanding of pain, and unsure how to address the phycological and social factors influencing pain.
With millions of people affected by long-term pain and recent advancements in pain neuroscience, a growing gap has emerged between what is now understood and what is commonly practiced. This has created an urgent call for non-drug approaches that are scientifically aligned, accessible, scalable, and practical across a wide range of professions and settings.
At this pivotal moment, demand has never been higher for practitioners who embrace the latest approaches that focus on the brains role in chronic pain. This is a unique opportunity to elevate your impact, join a community leading the shift in this evolving field, and make a meaningful difference, for yourself, your profession, and the individuals you seek to help.

STEP 1: Self-Paced Theory Learning
Get started immediately with bite-sized training videos you can watch anywhere, anytime. These clear, structured modules make it easy to absorb the core concepts at your own pace, so you feel well-prepared and ready to engage fully in the live sessions.
By the end of the theory modules, you’ll have a deeper understanding of the latest advancements in chronic pain, insight into how our innovative theoretical perspective translates into real-world results, and an appreciation of the history and future impact of our growing community. This foundation ensures you are well-informed, confident, and ready to move seamlessly into the practical application of your new skills.
STEP 2: Live Online Practical Session
We look forward to welcoming you to your live online training sessions, an engaging experience designed to deepen your understanding, connect you with fellow learners, and answer your questions in real time.
During the sessions, concepts from the self-paced modules are brought to life through practical application. You’ll gain clarity on our highly effective three-phase practical process (Reveal, Resolve, Reset) and build the confidence to begin applying techniques in real-world situations.
By the end, you’ll feel fully prepared to move into structured practice and assessment, ready to make a meaningful difference for those you help. To fit flexibly around your schedule, the two 3.5 hour live sessions are held multiple times each month on weekdays and weekends, with a flexible mix of morning and evening options, accessible across multiple time zones.
Dates and times for the multiple session options are provided once you’ve completed the self-paced theory modules.
STEP 3: Practice & Assessment
This is where your learning comes to life. You’ll begin applying what you’ve learned in real-world scenarios, experiencing first hand the powerful shift of a Pain Release Moment.
This practical stage builds genuine confidence and competence in your ability to help others. Assessment is integrated naturally into this process: by submitting a brief client case study, you demonstrate your understanding and practical application of the method.
Rather than a test to pass or fail, this stage is a supportive checkpoint, helping you identify areas for additional guidance and ensuring you feel fully prepared to move forward. By the end, your skills will be well-honed and your confidence solid, ready to progress to certification with a clear understanding of both the theory and practical application of the approach.
STEP 4: Practitioner Certification
Once you’ve completed the theory, practical sessions, and assessments, you’ll receive your official OldPain2Go® & CPD Certificates.
This certification celebrates your competence in applying the approach and recognises your commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
In addition to your well-earned certificate, you’ll have access to a growing suite of resources through our comprehensive lifetime support, designed to nurture your success and help you communicate your work with clarity and confidence. These resources are crafted to build your visibility and trust with potential clients worldwide.
