In-Person Sessions

- Print the feedback form and have the client complete it during the session.

- Encourage clients to share their experience:

  • Highlight how their voice can make a difference and inspire others.
  • Offer the option to provide a video or written testimonial (see detailed instructions below).

Online Sessions

- Complete the feedback form on behalf of the client during the session.

- Invite clients to share their experience virtually:

  • Emphasise that their story can inspire others.
  • Provide guidance for submitting a video or written testimonial (see further instructions).

If you forward your testimonials to us, we will feature it in our recognisable branded frame, which includes your profile picture and details, and share it across our channels to an audience actively seeking a practitioner.

Quick Guide for Capturing and Submitting Client Testimonial Video

Videos go much further than written testimonials. They convey emotion and authenticity, creating stronger connections and trust, something written words alone cannot achieve. 

Video content also reaches a wider audience through social media channels such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, leveraging algorithms to connect with new individuals seeking support.

Length: 1–2 minutes

Options for Submitting Your Video Testimonial

We prefer to use WhatsApp for sharing testimonies and delivering our Practitioner Visibility & Reach Resources. It’s a simple, user-friendly platform accessible on both phone and desktop, making it easy to receive materials and share media with us.

Simply send on the video to us at +44 7593 687 506, with both yours and your clients name, alternatively you can send your video via email or a free online platform such as WeTransfer to: support@oldpain2go.com 


Options for Submitting Your Written Testimonial

If your client prefers to provide a written testimonial, this can be done in two ways: 

  • In-person: Use the section on the Client Feedback form that prompts them to share their experience.

  • Online form: Click the button below to access a form that can either be shared directly to the client for them to complete, or you can use it to enter the details captured on the Client Feedback & Testimonial PDF form. All submissions are sent directly to us, and we’ll notify you as soon as each one is received before promoting your success story.
