We will write and confirm your purchase and provide any further details you may need as soon as is possible. When we are in the office (UK typical office hours Monday to Friday) we will respond as soon as we are aware of the payment from the automated PayPal receipt that will be emailed to us. You should also receive an automated standard confirmation email from PayPal shortly after payment is made.

Our administrative team is currently either Trudy Randall, or myself. Trudy also tours with me to all my Training & Promotional Events, so is not office based each day. Whilst we do usually respond within 24 hours please do not be concerned if it takes a few days to fully respond. The purpose of this web page is to reassure you that we will be notified of your purchase by PayPal at the same time as you receive confirmation from them. There is a code on the receipt that tells us the type of event or session that you have paid for and the date, if that is set.
